He was discovered by Mrs. Macmillan a neighbour & wife of a local Town Councilor.

Police have concluded their investigations into the deaths of two men in Ramara Township whose bodies were both found Monday night about two kilometres apart.
Larry Duesbury, a 70-year-old Toronto real estate agent, accidentally drowned in the Black River while at his cottage on McMillan Sideroad.
His body was found about 50 metres downstream of his cottage.
A widower, Duesbury had told his friends at the Etobicoke Cigar Club last week that he planned to spend the weekend clearing a small log jam on the river near a foot bridge leading to his cottage.
Duesbury will be missed, said club member Robert Bortlisz.
"While the memory of his wife weighed heavily on his mind, we all found him to be quite gregarious, ever the gentleman with nothing but good words about others. Too few people took the time to get to know him."
